1 Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

2.1 Account Limit

Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

mc888a accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to a Player's account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no conversion fees applied by mc888a.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. mc888a does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50.000.000. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Elite members benefit from higher limits as set out in the VIP tier schedule. mc888a reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on mc888a, including football, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mc888a does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and acknowledged by the system.
• Minimum single-match bet stake is Rp 5.000. Minimum mix parlay (accumulator) stake is Rp 10.000.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, subject to the latency provisions below.
• mc888a reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the result was known to the bettor at the time of placement (late betting fraud).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that market, as displayed at the time of placement.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) and over/under markets are settled strictly according to the official match result, including any injury time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded unless explicitly stated in the market description.

5.1 Maximum Payout

The maximum single-bet payout on any sportsbook market at mc888a is Rp 500.000.000 per event, per Player. For mix parlay accumulators, the maximum payout is Rp 200.000.000. mc888a reserves the right to limit stakes on individual markets without prior notice.

6 Live Casino & Games

mc888a's live casino and slot products are provided by internationally licensed game studios. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. mc888a does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers extended by mc888a are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only bets placed with real-money balance contribute toward clearing a wagering requirement, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• mc888a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion with seven (7) days' notice, except where immediate suspension is required to prevent abuse.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rp 50.000 are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 1.000.000. The welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount. The bonus and derived winnings must be wagered within 30 days of credit, failing which they will expire and be removed from the account.

7. Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a bank or payment provider for a deposit made to mc888a, except where there is genuine evidence of unauthorized account access.
8. Abusive Behavior: Directing threatening, harassing, or abusive communications toward mc888a staff, other Players, or third parties via any support channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mc888a platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of mc888a or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mc888a platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from mc888a is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of mc888a following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mc888a holds its operating license. In the event of a dispute between a Player and mc888a:
